How do the 10 free credits work?
Each AI generation (an email, a grammar check, a chat reply) uses one credit. Your first 10 are free so you can try SimLife properly before deciding. When they're used up, you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited everyday use.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple or Google, never by us. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap Profile, then Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the current period ends.
What does "unlimited" mean on Pro?
Pro removes the credit counter so you can use SimLife freely every day. Like every AI product, it is covered by a fair-use policy that only kicks in at extreme volumes designed to prevent abuse. Normal heavy use will never hit it.
Can I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Yes. Install SimLife, sign in, and tap Restore Purchases on the upgrade screen. Your Pro access is tied to your App Store or Google Play account.
