How do I delete my account and data?
Open SimLife, go to Settings, then Delete Account, and type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account and your content from our servers. If you would rather we handle it, email support@simlife.app from any address and we will process the deletion within 30 days.
I bought Pro but the app still shows the paywall.
First try Restore Purchases on the upgrade screen. If that does not fix it, force-quit and reopen the app. Your subscription syncs automatically. Still stuck? Email us with your store receipt and we will sort it quickly.
Voice input isn't working.
Check that SimLife has microphone permission. On iPhone go to Settings, then SimLife, then Microphone. On Android go to Settings, then Apps, then SimLife, then Permissions. Voice input needs an internet connection to transcribe your speech.
Which languages does SimLife speak?
The app interface is available in 14 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Hindi, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Russian, Indonesian and Turkish. The AI Translator skill works across 30+ languages.
Is the Health Companion medical advice?
No. Health Companion, Calorie Tracker and related skills provide general information only. They are not a medical device and are never a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified professional. Always consult a professional for health decisions.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
We read everything. Use the in-app feedback form (Settings, then Send Feedback) or email support@simlife.app. Screenshots and your device model help us fix things faster.
Your data, your call
Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your SimLife account and the content associated with it at any time. Deletion removes your profile, conversations, generated content, usage records and preferences from our servers.
- In the app: open Settings → Delete Account, then type DELETE to confirm. The deletion takes effect immediately.
- By email: if you no longer have the app installed, email support@simlife.app from any address and we'll process your request within 30 days.
Note: subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. Deleting your SimLife account does not cancel an active subscription. Please cancel separately in your store account settings.
