After you write, a warm 60–120 word reflection streams in live, mode-aware, grounded in your exact words, and deliberately a mirror, not a coach: one deepening question or gentle observation, never lectures or advice lists.
Before reflecting, the AI streams a few short clarifying questions about your entry so the reflection lands on what actually matters, answer them or skip straight to the result.
Open a private chat about any entry, the AI carries your full entry, mood, emotion tags, and its own reflection as context, helping you reframe a thought or break an intention into small steps.
Log a 5-point mood and up to 5 emotion tags from a 16-emotion palette with every entry, then watch a GitHub-style year-long mood heatmap and streak stats build in the Insights view.
Entries from a month, six months, or a year ago resurface automatically; tap Reflect and the AI writes a one-sentence synthesis of who you were then plus a follow-up question about what's changed.

How it works
Pick one of seven journaling modes, set your mood and emotion tags, and either free-write (typing, dictating, or attaching photos) or fill the mode's guided fields, grabbing an AI prompt if you need a spark.
Tap Reflect: the AI asks a few optional clarifying questions, then streams a warm AI Mirror reflection of what you wrote.
From there you can chat about the entry, listen to the reflection aloud, share it as an image card, export to PDF or Markdown, and save it to your library.
